A volcanic eruption in the Greek capital tears open the ancient seal on the Titan beast, and Prince Eurymedon is defeated, ending up in a fishing village. There he sees Glaucus, a fisherman with a secret no one could imagine: he can summon a sea monster to restore the seal. That is when the truth comes out—Glaucus is Poseidon, the missing god of the sea. His son Aegeus, deputy commander of the capital’s legion, still knows nothing about his father’s divine identity.
During the Dionysus Festival, Glaucus arrives in plain clothes and is humiliated before everyone. Aegeus’s Poseidon statue is branded a forgery, and Glaucus’s sacred statue is defiled. Soon Titan power spreads into the city, Ino falls into darkness and runs wild, and the demigods are left powerless until Glaucus effortlessly stops the chaos.
But the worst is still to come: when the seal shatters, giant beasts storm the capital. The nobles run, Aegeus prepares for a final stand, and Theseus begs Glaucus to reveal himself. In the end, Glaucus slays the Titans—and the city finally learns that the fisherman is Poseidon himself.
