Part 1: Plot Summary of The Mafia Boss’s Soul Chose Me

Delia has been able to see ghosts since birth, a gift that has made her the unwanted daughter in her own family. While her parents shower affection on their adopted daughter, Rosalind, Delia is treated as an embarrassment. Rosalind even gets engaged to Atticus Vancroft, a powerful Mafia Don whose life changes after a devastating car accident leaves him in a coma.

When Mrs. Vancroft demands that Rosalind honor the engagement, Rosalind refuses to spend her life caring for a man who cannot respond. But Delia soon discovers something the others cannot see: Atticus's soul is wandering outside his unconscious body. He promises twenty million dollars to whoever stays by his side until he wakes up.

For Delia, the offer is a chance to escape the life her family has forced upon her. She volunteers to marry Atticus, expecting Rosalind to fight her for the opportunity. Instead, Rosalind laughs and lets her take the risk.

Delia arrives at the private hospital room and becomes Atticus's daily companion. She talks to his soul, reads market reports, cares for his body, and discovers his surprisingly human side beneath the intimidating Mafia reputation. Their unusual connection grows through teasing exchanges, small acts of kindness, and moments of vulnerability that no one else witnesses.

But Rosalind soon sees another opportunity. As Atticus's condition improves, she begins presenting herself to the press as the devoted woman who never left his side. Delia knows the truth, yet she has spent her entire life being taught to stay quiet. Now, with Atticus close to waking up, she faces the possibility that the one person who truly knows what she has done may open his eyes believing someone else saved him.

Episode 3: The Mafia Don’s Soul Has a Secret

He initially expects someone to read market reports and keep his mind active, but Delia quickly proves she has her own methods.

She stays in his hospital room, observes his wandering soul, and even offers to bathe his unconscious body herself. Atticus turns bright red at the thought, protesting that his mother must not let Delia see him naked. Unfortunately for him, nobody can hear his ghostly complaints.

The awkward comedy reveals a different side of the feared Mafia Don. Behind his cold reputation is a man who can be embarrassed, irritated, and unexpectedly funny. Meanwhile, Delia begins realizing that the soul beside her may be much more interesting than the money he promised.

Episode 6: Rosalind Steals the Credit

As Atticus's body begins responding to Delia's care, Rosalind moves quickly to secure the public's sympathy. She tells the press that she has stayed beside him day and night, presenting herself as the devoted fiancée responsible for his recovery.

Delia watches the story spread while Atticus's ghost begins fading. She knows he may soon return to his body, but she has no idea whether he will remember their conversations.

Her family mocks her, insisting that Atticus will never know who really cared for him. Delia tells herself she only wants the twenty million dollars, yet the thought of losing the credit begins to trouble her.

Then Atticus finally opens his eyes after six months in a coma.

Will he remember the woman who stayed with him, or will Rosalind's carefully constructed story become his reality?

Part 3: What Happens Next in The Mafia Boss’s Soul Chose Me?

Atticus's awakening changes everything, but it also creates Delia's greatest uncertainty. During his months in a coma, his soul shared private moments with her that no one else witnessed. He knows how she cared for him, entertained him, and listened to his complaints. But if those memories disappear when he returns to his body, Delia could lose the only witness to everything she sacrificed.

Rosalind has already positioned herself as the devoted fiancée. With the media praising her loyalty, she may be determined to maintain that image even if it means taking credit for Delia's efforts. Delia, meanwhile, must decide whether to remain silent as she has always done or finally challenge the sister who has repeatedly benefited from her family's favoritism.

The twenty-million-dollar promise remains another unresolved issue. Delia accepted the marriage because she wanted financial independence, but the time she spent with Atticus has revealed a side of him that she never expected to know. If he remembers their conversations, their connection could become something neither of them planned. If he forgets, Delia may have to fight for both the reward and the truth.

Most importantly, Delia must learn to stand up for herself. Can the woman who has spent her life being dismissed finally make others listen before Rosalind takes another future away from her?

Part 4: Final Thoughts

The Mafia Boss’s Soul Chose Me combines supernatural mystery, a substitute bride, Mafia romance, and a sharp reversal of fortune. Delia enters the marriage for twenty million dollars, but her time with Atticus reveals a connection that cannot be measured by money alone.

Now the Mafia Don has awakened, Rosalind is claiming the credit, and Delia faces the possibility that the man who knows her best may no longer remember her at all.
